EIDOLA Announce The Eviscerate/Mend Tour

SALT LAKE CITY – Eidola return to the road for the first time since releasing Mend earlier this year, launching a five-week U.S. tour celebrating the yin-yang companion albums Eviscerate and Mend. A trio of cities—Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Chicago—will host special two-night performances, with one night devoted to each album, played in its entirety.

Sergio Medina, who, in tandem Eidola vocalist Andrew Michael Wells, also plays in Dance Gavin Dance, says: “This was always the vision for us…to bring Eviscerate and Mend to the stage the way their story was meant to unfold. In three cities, we’ll be performing both albums in full, back to back. Everywhere else, we’ll present a special set that blends the strongest moments from each record into one cohesive experience. After eighteen months off the road, we’re returning with our most ambitious show yet, grounded in gratitude and driven by a renewed fire. We can’t wait to share this chapter with everyone who’s been waiting for it.”

Tickets for all shows are on-sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time with an artist pre-sale (code: MEND26) beginning tomorrow at 10 a.m. local time. Fans who purchase a ticket during the pre-sale will receive a free tour poster at the show. Tickets are available via Eidolaband.com.

Supporting The Eviscerate/Mend Tour are Nerv and Astronoid. Astronoid released their new album Stargod earlier this month, with Revolver dubbing it a “sky-scraping contemplation on loss and hope,” and Metal Injection declaring it a “certified banger.”

Eidola is Andrew Michael Wells (vocals), Sergio Medina (guitar), Matthew Dommer (vocals/guitar), Matthew Hansen (drums), Skylar Caporicci (guitar), and Reese Ortenberg (bass). The progressive post-hardcore band, formed in 2011 in Salt Lake City, are known for their complex compositions, thought-provoking lyrics, and dynamic live performances. On EvisceratePunk News said “What’s unusual about Eidola is their ability to wield melody with such obvious talent, but to twin it with heaviness and complexity…,” Metal Injection noted the band’s knack for “technical magic and catchy ass melodies,” and Under the Radar said the new collection “is undoubtedly some of their best work.” Eidola have released six full-length albums: Mend (2025), Eviscerate (2024), The Architect (2021), To Speak, To Listen (2017), Degeneraterra (2015), and The Great Glass Elephant (2012).
