I knew right away I wanted to be a part of it. JD Allen and myself are very similar in mind set and determination, and I’ve always wanted to make music for a feature film, so this was the perfect opportunity for me.”

| Former NFL play turned film director JD Allen shares “The whole brotherhood and family on the football team is definitely what I wanted to bring to the table when it came to film. Bringing people together from all walks of life with one common goal and that goal is to tell the right story. I love old school horror movies. Horror classics like The Exorcist and The Shining took you places and made you feel the story, not just see the story. So I wanted to come up with something that the audience would feel and relate to, that’s Algea. I wanted the audience to be in the story and feel what the characters are feeling while experiencing the film. I met Andrew through Brian Gerber, one of our producers of Algea. He came to me with an idea of having his good friend write an original piece to Algea and use it in the film. So we all sat down and game planned the next move, then the God Of Pain music video was born.” About the upcoming album, ANDREW W. BOSS shares, “Strength is a very aggressive version of our band and the album name is a reference to what I believe is my most valuable asset: my strength to overcome, to keep going, and to never give up.” |

The band will be celebrating the release of Strength with an all ages, outdoor album release party at Dolly Donuts in Salt Lake City, Utah on August 26th. A national tour taking ANDREW W. BOSS & The Boss Crew from Coast to Coast in the USA to follow.
Andrew W. Boss is a Rock Rap Metal band from Utah, formed in 2016, and named after the singer and front man Andrew. The band was created with his older brothers, Adam (aka Hypeman 5000) and Jon (aka Flip) after Andrew had a falling out with his previous band, but still had shows booked that year with Tech N9ne, and Sevendust.
Now, with Andrew at the helm, they have linked up with producers Pablo Viveros and Jim Fogarty and the band has released a bunch of music and have toured all over the country with Twiztid, Hed PE, Saliva, and more. Staying true to themselves in song, in person and on stage, the Utah boys continue to impress everyone with their kindness and hard work ethic and have garnered the nick name “The Boss Crew” by their fans.
