In the middle of a hot summer night smacked right between a two night Metallica weekend OTTTO & Bastardane packed Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, AZ.
On the last night of the tour hours before doors opened fans already started lining up in the heat. As the Metallic tour plays to a sell-out crowd just the ngiht before down the road at Statefarm Stadium, Crescent Ballroom welcomed co-headliners OTTTO, a Venice, CA heavy metal trio featuring bassist Tye Trujillo, the son of Metallica’s Robert Trujillo and Bastardane featuring Castor Hetfield on drums, son of Metallica front man James Hetfield.
The show promptly starts at 8:00 pm with OTTTO’s Bryan Ferretti (vocals/guitar) and Patrick Triko Chavez (drums) joining Tye on stage in support of their first full-length album “Life is A Game”. Influenced by bands such as Alice in Chains and Red Hot Chili Peppers, OTTTO unleashed a 12-song setlist.
